Our corporate team building events take place throughout the UK and Europe and are suitable for groups of between 4 and 500 participants. They range in duration from conference energisers lasting 30 minutes to programmes over several days.

While being thoroughly engaging and enjoyable, our events are intelligently put together to maximise team building and learning opportunities. Of course your event will be great fun, and with a little forward planning it can also be a whole lot more. We discuss and agree with you the outcomes you want from your event, and then ensure that the learning and messages you want are addressed. Your team building event will reinforce the need for, and value of, effective teamwork. Your participants will problem-solve as a team while recognising the different contribution that each team member can make toward achieving the team's objectives. Of course, they are also great fun and highly participative!
It can be very valuable to include time for an informal review at the completion of, or at intervals during, your team building event. This provides an opportunity to reflect on the experience, to discuss and understand what happened, and to identify key learning points. Our facilitators guide participants through the review process while maintaining a positive and constructive focus.
