Our corporate team building events take place throughout the UK and Europe and are suitable for groups of between 4 and 500 participants ranging in duration from about an hour to 4 days.

Our team building events are intelligent and thought-provoking. We discuss and agree with you the outcomes you want and then ensure that your team building event reinforces important messages about the need for, and value of, effective teamwork. Your team building activity will encourage participants to tackle problem solving as a team, and to recognise the different contribution that each team member can make in achieving the team's objectives. Of course, they are also great fun and highly participative!
It can be very valuable to include time for an informal review at the completion of, or at intervals during, your team building event. This provides an opportunity to reflect on the experience, to discuss and understand what happened, and to identify key learning points. Our facilitators guide participants through the review process while maintaining a positive and constructive focus.
