The staff we dealt with prior to the event, and on the day, were co-operative and polite and we were very satisfied. As a team-building exercise 'The Network' was successful in reinforcing our opinion that our team was cohesive and complementary. Excellent! The communication chain was quite long at our end as I was working on behalf of a client who was working on behalf of a client, but Claire managed everything very well! We had a number of challenges on site, but all the staff handled everything calmly and in a professional manner. Very satisfied with the event - all delegates took part and seemed to be engaged.
