The Pub Games event exceeded the expectations we set for the activity and the outcomes we were looking to achieve! We wouldn't have changed a thing.

In the run up to the event, Michael was ever so helpful and on the day Phil and Jon were both tremendous. Organised to the hilt! The Talybont Trail event itself was great fun, very challenging, and I have learnt a lot about my team. The learnings are easy for people to transfer back to the workplace - and you build reviews in to effectively start this process during the event.

I was looking for an event that would bring our director team together in an environment that was unfamiliar to them and that would challenge them both as individuals but also as a team. When they found out they would be caving and abseiling it's fair to say most of them became a little apprehensive and concerned, however with fantastic guidance from the Eventus team leaders and support from each other they conquered their fears, ending the day in front of the fire at The Bear with a beer in hand and feeling great as individuals but also closer as a team. Mission accomplished - it was perfect, and the snow added to the experience.
