Phil England is a founding member and Managing Director of Eventus Training and Eventus. Since its formation, Eventus continues to go from strength to strength under Phil's guidance. With over 18 years as an event designer and lead facilitator, Phil's leadership and experience is an invaluable part of our makeup.
Outside his busy working life Phil is a family man but finds time to compete in mountain marathons and has recently re-discovered his surfboard.
Sharon Naylor already had a depth of experience in team events and business management before founding Eventus with Phil. As Eventus' Director, Sharon works tirelessly to develop our catalogue of team building activities and, under her careful guidance, Eventus has grown dramatically over the years.
As well as having a family, Sharon loves to spend time with her horses and competing in local dressage events.
Michael Hackfort is the one with the accent! Michael has worked for Eventus for two years and is one of our most experienced Event Co-ordinators, bringing with him a wealth of experience in facilitating and working with teams of all sizes.
Having originally travelled from Iowa to earn his Masters degree 8 years ago, Michael is baffled to find himself still living in the UK.
He is equally befuddled as to how he came to be in possession of a particularly dim-witted cocker spaniel.
Jon Davies has joined Eventus in 2008 and is relishing his role assisting on events. Jon previously worked in theatre as both lecturer and performer. Since joining Eventus, Jon has taken on the responsibilities of maintaining our equipment and new workshop.
Jon likes to race go-carts as well as run around forest with a paint ball gun. If he could combine both he would!
Lyinda Webb has been the Eventus account administrator for over three years and is a valuable and irreplaceable member of the team.
Lyinda and her husband are enjoying their new-found status of 'grandparents' as their daughter recently gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. They also run holiday cottages and found themselves completely booked during this year's international sheep dog trials - even though the weather was horrible!
Priscilla Leherle came from France to join us at Eventus on a work placement in 2005. In 2006, she returned to France and working closely with Phil and Sharon, established our new branch offices in Nancy - Eventus France! Passionate about our intelligent, innovative team events, Priscilla brings our style of team building to the whole of Europe!
With what time she can find, Priscilla tends to her garden. Over the weekend, Priscilla strikes out into the countryside with her dog for long walks (which they both enjoy).
Angélique is an intern with Eventus France while working towards her MA in Tourism and Event Organisation. Having already worked internationally as an event co-ordinator, Angélique is looking forward to expanding her skill set while assisting Priscilla in all areas of the business; from managing enquiries to preparing and delivering events.
With an interest in World Music, dance and the cinema, Angélique enjoys spending her free time travelling, meeting new people and experiencing new cultures.
