We choose to be absolutely transparent about what we charge...can our competitors say the same?

Please use the table below to work out the exact cost of any of our great team events. To calculate your TOTAL EVENT CHARGE first take the EVENT CHARGE from the table below. Next, multiply your anticipated number of participants by the charge PER HEAD taken from the appropriate column below. Add this figure to the Event Charge. Finally, add the LOCATION CHARGE appropriate for the geographic location of your event (see Location Charges below). Voila!

Remember, our charges exclude costs related to your venue should you need one. They also exclude meals and refreshments. If your event has an early start or late finish then we may need to add a B&B charge for our Event Co-ordinator.

All above event fees and travel charges are exclusive of VAT @ 17.5%

Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, we require a 25% deposit and a completed Booking Form to confirm your booking. We shall invoice for the outstanding balance upon completion of your event and require settlement within 30 days of invoice date. We can accept payment by credit card, cheque, by BACS. The agreed Total Event Fee is stated on your Booking Form and is based on anticipated number of participants at the time of booking. This is the amount that Eventus will charge unless advised in writing of any reduction in numbers no later that 14 days prior to the dates of your event. Additional participants , beyond the number stated on the Booking Form will be charged for at the stated rate per head. Cancellation charges apply should you cancel your event after booking. Venues

With the exception of Bushcraft Challenge and the Narrow Boats Event, our event fees exclude all costs associated with your event venue, hire of rooms, meals refreshments etc. For some events we may need to add a fee for access to grounds, forests, country parks etc. We are not tied to any particular location or venue. Location Charge

Eventus provides events all over the UK. To calculate your Total Event Charge, please take a Location Charge from the list below based on the location of your event and then add it to the Event Charge and the Charge Per Head (see Prices Table).

  • BAND A. West Midlands, Bristol area, South Wales = £100

  • BAND B. South East England (excl. Kent), M4 Corridor, Home Counties = £140

  • BAND C. London (outside congestion zone), Kent, East Midlands, Manchester, Cheshire, North Wales = £160

  • BAND D. London (inside congestion zone), East Anglia, South West = £180

  • BAND E. Leeds-Bradford area, North Yorshire = £200

  • BAND F. Cumbria, North East = £250

  • BAND G. Scotland = £275

Eventus Staff

The number of event staff we provide will depend on the exact nature of your event. Typically, we provide one member of event staff per 12 participants. We welcome members of your staff who may wish to assist with running the event rather than participating directly and, in some circumstances, we are able to offer a discount for this. Please allow for simple meals and refreshments for event staff while working with your teams. Overnight accommodation or a charge for B&B may be required for events that involves considerable travel or that have early/late start/finish times.

Prizes

Our event fees include a small prize (Champagne/chocolates) for a winning team if appropriate for your event. We can also issue certificates if requested. Eventus can supply at extra cost a wide range of prizes or source gifts (e.g. caps, fleece hats, rucksacks, torches etc.) for participants. Please contact us for details.

We pay commission to bona fida agents. Please contact us for details.
