Creativity is the process of generating new ideas while innovation relates more to the process of implementing new ideas for the benefit of the organisation. It is generally accepted that the key to competitiveness is generating and successfully exploiting new ideas.
Our Innovation & Creativity Team Event helps to foster a climate of innovation and creativity while overcoming some of the obstacles that frequently get in the way.
A typical Innovation and creativity training event may include the following elements:
- Fun and engaging experiential team activities to examine the nature and need for creativity and innovation
- How can we, as a team, foster and develop a climate of creativity and innovation?
- Identifying behaviours that both help and hinder creativity
