Successful teams seek to develop leadership skills throughout the team. While formal authority lies with the designated team leader, other team members also demonstrate leadership qualities in response to the nature and demands of work in progress.
Our Leadership Event explores the importance and nature of effective leadership. Through taking part in practical exercises, participants examine their strengths and weaknesses as leaders. Learning takes place through both reflection and peer/tutor assessment. Participants gain a clear understanding of how they can move forward through developing their leadership skills.
