Our Problem Solving in Teams Event examines both the pros and cons of a team approach to problem solving and gives the team practical opportunities to look at problem solving issues in a supportive environment. A typical one-day Problem Solving in Teams Event includes the following elements:
- One or more experiential team exercises and activities that involve the team working together to solve a complex problem or challenge
- Discovering the common pitfalls and barriers when problem solving in teams
- Exploring different ways of problem solving in team situations and examining the pros and cons of each approach
- Creating synergy – finding new and better solutions through teamwork
