Farm Challenge

Outdoor team building activities don’t come much better than this fantastic event! Farm Challenge is based around a series of farm-based team tasks that will test initiative, teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Each team selects challenges they feel best match their strengths and abilities – and choosing is one thing, we’ve found, participants really enjoy in a good team building activity.

Have no fear, we won’t be asking you to “muck out” the horses or milk the dairy herd. But we might challenge your teams to stuff a scarecrow, to make a coat for a baby lamb or to even try “ringing the bull”. You might also be asked to count the sheep in a field or, harder still, the chicks in the hatchery! Not to mention “wanging” a few wellies!

For this activity we use a variety of authentic farm venues around the UK. As well as a farm setting, all also offer well-featured meeting rooms and catering facilities to match.

We’ve found that Farm Challenge is a great choice for a team that is looking for something a little different from their team building. It also ties in well with issues surrounding sustainability and the environment. Fast moving, different and pacey – your team is sure to enjoy this novel half-day event.
