Urban Trail is part of our exciting new Urban Gaming suite of activities that incorporates the latest tablet technology. Choose Urban Trail just for the sheer fun, or tap into your participants’ playful side with a call-to-action to immediately reinforce the learning of your event, seminar or team build.

So why Urban Trail? You’d like the excitement and participation of an outdoor activity but can’t take a risk with the weather. Or perhaps your venue is not suitably located or has no outdoor areas. Or timelines are too tight. Have no fears…Urban Trail offers the same fun and engagement as our other Urban Gaming activities. One big advantage of Urban Trail is that we can on the day, if you choose, make use of outdoor areas or stay entirely indoors. Ultimate flexibility!

Our event team arrives at your venue and puts out a set of intriguing Grand Master paintings at key locations around your event venue. Each painting conceals a secret code word. Our Event Co-ordinator welcomes and briefs your group and then gives each team (typically 4 to 7 people) their tablet computer. Teams search for Grand Masters and, when found, input the discovered code word into their tablet. A correct code word opens up a set of fun and interactive team challenges.

We have a large range of challenges including cultural challenges, trivia, riddles, photo challenges, video challenges, against-the-clock challenges. You have the option of also building in personalised challenges. This is the perfect way to reinforce learning from your event while maintaining the fun and engagement of a game. One things for sure…we draw upon the multimedia capabilities of the tablet to delight your participants.

Urban Trail works well at loads of different venues. An ideal venue provides space for your group to move freely around. They’ll get a real buzz from exploring new settings and the social interaction of working together to solve puzzles and challenges is very rewarding.

The highlight of every Urban Trail experience is the finale when all participants reassemble to watch the videos and photos taken by your participants during the game. Our Event Co-ordinator reveals the winning team to receive the acclaim.
