Need to recharge your batteries? For good reason Gower became, in 1956, the UK’s very first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
With dramatic coves and cliffs, Gower is the perfect back-drop for a stunning team building event.

Our Gower Coastal Challenge can include a wide-range of coastal team activities – RIB boats, rock-climbing, abseiling a cliff face or into a sea cave, archery, geocaching, Puzzle Wood plus many others, all wrapped up in an engaging team building activity. This makes the Gower Coastal Challenge so much more than just a bunch of activities strung together. The exact nature of your away day will be agreed in advance with you depending on the time you have available and the state of the tides! But rest assured, we’ll use all our experience to maximise team building elements within your event.

The Gower Coastal Challenge is an active event but one that is well within the scope of most reasonably active people. Most of our groups choose to include one or more overnights. We can help with this whether your taste is for a simple hostel or bunkhouse (situated right on the edge of the sand) or a boutique hotel or pub/inn. Gower lies at the west end of the M4 motorway so is reasonably easy to access.
