Fun Team Gaming in Carmarthen!
What is Urban Race Carmarthen?
Urban Race Carmarthen is a state-of-the-art team-gaming that turns Carmarthen town centre into a giant game-board! If you like, it’s a brand new kind of treasure hunt using all the multimedia and GPS capability of a tablet computer. And the oldest town in Wales – that’s Carmarthen – turns out to be perfectly suited for this activity.
Urban Race Carmarthen uses latest gaming technology and our tablet computers to take you and your team on a fun-filled adventure around Carmarthen. We include visits to Carmarthen Castle, Notts Square, Pont King Morgan, St Peter’s Square, Quayside, Carmarthen Park and more. Carmarthen is not a large town so getting around on foot is easy, and there’s a surprising amount of interest to be unearthed. It’s also our home town. Eventus is based about 12 miles away in heart of the Carmarthenshire countryside. So, perhaps we are a little biased!
Urban Race Carmarthen is perfect for:
- Team Building
- Evening activity after work
- Group Celebrations
- Reward
- Christmas Festivities
- Conference Ice Breaker/Energiser
How Does It Work?
We’ll meet and greet you in Carmarthen at a suitable venue such as a cafe, pub or hotel. Or for work groups, it could be your workplace. Either way you’ll be walking straight into an exciting team game! Armed with tablets (which we supply), teams set-off to unlock intriguing puzzles and challenges. You’ll shoot a set of photos and videos and participate in fun challenges that emphasise teamwork and creativity. There’s never a dull moment!
Our most popular booking is for either an afternoon or straight-after-work slot. We meet and brief you. Urban Race Carmarthen then runs for a couple of hours when we reconvene at a location of your choosing – it could be a pub for some drinks or restaurant for a meal. Enjoy your drinks or meal and relax while we delight your group with the videos and photos taken during your Urban Race. Eventus offer an all-inclusive-package including activity, meal and drinks. Or you are welcome to make your own arrangements for drinks and/or meal.
