An ingenious "Who Dunnit" loosely based on the classic board game, Cluedo!

Your illustrious team of detectives has been called in to uncover the truth in a mysterious murder: Who Killed Dr X? ” This is our version of the traditional murder mystery based on that old favourite parlour game Cluedo – but this is Cluedo with a difference!

Played in detective teams with an oversize game-board and oversize dice, teams move their counters around the board from room to room. Upon landing in a room, the sleuthing can begin! Your team picks up a search warrant and sets off to seek clues and evidence – each room on the game-board corresponds to a real room at your venue! So landing on the Billiard Room on the game-board involves your team of detectives leaving the game room to search for the real ‘Billiards Room’.

On arriving in a room (we can also include some outdoor locations, if you wish), your team of detectives are authorised to conduct a short search. Cunningly concealed, a piece of evidence is there to be found…but will the detectives spot it? Powers of deduction and observation will be tested to the full! Will your team be smart enough to play the voice-recorder with the secret recorded message? What does the autopsy report reveal about the murder mystery? And who will uncover the murder weapon?

Evidence and clues are gathered piece-by-piece. There’s an element of chance involved too; some team members seem to throw sixes every time! Which team will be the first to piece together the story and reveal Who Killed Dr X?

When time’s up, teams return to HQ and carefully weigh-up all the evidence they have accumulated. What’s clear is that it is an intriguing case and all the protagonists seem to have a motive. Teams fill-in their charge sheet, identifying the murderer, method and motive.

Primarily a fun event, Who Killed Dr X? will quickly get your participants working together. It’s ideal for team building, an away day, Christmas celebration or evening event.
