We appreciate the time and effort that you put into adapting the activity to fit our needs and I suspect you would normally charge more as a result. Many thanks for doing this! The element of choice and decision making as well as everyone being encouraged to try new things and work together to achieve a common end goal was excellent. Just the right level of input and Phil was especially good at the end when we debriefed the exercise.

I have very strongly recommended that as a school we do incorporate this event into our end of year plans going forward. I will not be Head of Year 9 next year, but I hope that the person who is will run this event

Very efficient and easy to deal with in the run up to the event. Alistair was great at briefing the team and rounding off the event with a fun evaluation about team building. During the team games both gentlemen were great and there was a lovely atmosphere in the room.
The objective of team building was achieved and everyone really enjoyed themselves!

We had a tight timeline for the delivery of the exercise however on the day everything was prepared ready. Ahead of the event Alistair contacted me and he went through any questions I had ahead of the day. He had already contacted the external venue to discuss the set up and how everything worked ahead of the day which I thought was good as it was not just left until the day. Everyone seemed to know what needed to be done to set the exercise up and were around if people had questions. It achieved what we needed it to – it was challenging, interesting and fun it got some really positive feedback from our employees.
I will definitely consider Eventus if we require a team building event in the future. A lot of planning had obviously been done to ensure the smooth running of the activity and everyone worked as a team. You couldn’t have done anything to improve the event – even the weather held out for us!

I was very happy with how the three days were organised and conducted, the staff were engaging, instructive and informative during the day and then during off time became one of the group so allowed a good formal and informal mix to the three days. I thought that it brought out the right qualities of the team who attended, in that I knew a number of them were sceptical at first. I provided the company with reassurance that we had selected the right team to undertake the potential branch manager course and this has resulted in all of them receiving promotion within the last 6 months. I know they had their eyes opened to a number of different techniques and management theories during this time and have taken them back to the workplace.
