“The experiential team building elements of the Leadership Programme are going down really well,” said Phil. “Experiential team building really cuts across different cultures with ease and even though the concepts are relatively new for most people, they are really learning alot about working in teams, communication and project planning.”

Avid fell runner and mountaineer, Phil even managed to get a run in, despite the heat. More used to temperate climates, Phil laughed, “I thought I was going to melt!”
