More brilliant team building yesterday as Jon and I delivered our Ballista event at Warwick Castle for a team from Mentor Graphics.  Under the walls of the medieval castle, teams created and test fired their replica catapults.  However, it was soon time to test them in battle!

Teams created some great war engines yesterday and the email waiting for me today says they had a great times:  

Thanks so much again for the Ballista event which you organised in your usual brilliant way and for the fantastic photos which I shall pass on to everyone. The feedback from everyone has once again been very positive and I will certainly be back in touch when we do another event.
