Jon and I are grabbing some time this week to make some tweaks to our Ballista! team building challenge.  This is a hugely popular event that involves participants working in teams to create a working piece of Roman war machinery.

As a team, the group must decide if they’ll build the reliable catapult, the more complicated (but more accurate) trebuchet, or the deadly ballista!.  Once their contraption is constructed, teams take it in turns to fire on each others battlements.
