We’re gearing up to run a number of events over the next couple of day.  First we’re off to the great wild North… North Wales that is, to run a Labyrinth event (our Crystal-Maze team building event) for a long-standing client.  I always love working with Jo, Angela and the team and can’t wait to see them tomorrow and run another great event.

Then, we’re running a facilitated team building day for a new client on Thursday.  Facilitated days are the perfect way to drive home the learning points of an activity and at the same time work to develop work-specific goals for your team.  We create each facilitated team day as a unique event for our clients and can help to focus the days work by exploring Belbin Team Roles, facilitating a SWOT analysis, helping to draw out the team’s vision of itself and its future and much more.

Of course the most productive aspect of the facilitated team days are the in-depth reviews allowed for in the scheduling.  As I’ve said before a thorough, time-appropriate review sets the great events apart from the good ones.  Facilitated team days are a real opportunity to take advantage of having a the entire team face-to-face for a great discussion about how to move forward.
