Forest Team Building Events - Corporate Team Building

There’s no surprise that when the sun shines the phone rings more often! Who wouldn’t like to be outdoors on a nice sunny day? As we speak we are in the middle of running a forest team building event for Lotus F1 in an area of woodland called Shotover, near Oxfordshire. So even the fastest and slickest Formula 1 set-up likes to swap tyres and steel for a pair of trainers and a map and compass on a sunny day!

Our forest events are really popular this time of year. We have a few different types: a competitive event where teams tackle challenges as well as route finding, which we have christened Forest Challenge, and a more serious communications exercise that we call The Network. This my all-time favourite event out of the nearly 30 team building events we offer. It is the most brilliant communications exercise, uniquely devised by our creative MD. It is so powerful that the teams review themselves for a long time after we finish with them.
